Director, Imaging Services

We are an acute care medical center looking for a Director for Imaging Services. As the Director for Imaging Services you will establish policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for providing Imaging Services to patients meeting all regulatory requirements in a cost effective, quality manner in coordination with all other departments. As the Director for Imaging Services you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the overall activities of the Radiology and Cardiology departments.Title: Director, Imaging Services (Radiology and Cardiology)
Location: Nyack, NY
Salary: $165,000 to $195,000
Responsibilities:
Acts as a clinical resource for all Diagnostic Imaging staff, physicians, nursing staff, and other health care staff while cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing intradepartmental and medical staff relationships
Works with Chief Technologist to coordinate scheduling of staff work hours to provide safe quality patient care while meeting the needs of the department and staff
Ensures department policies and procedures are inline with current standards of care and clinical practice through the Joint Commission, State and Federal regulations
Implementation of an effective on-going program to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and appropriateness of the delivery of services utilizing change management, project management, and automation tools
Will be a financial and operational resource having responsibility for hiring, maintaining accountability for and evaluating the performance of department managers and contract servicesRequirements:
Bachelor s level degree required, Master s preferred
Currently ARRT registered and licensed in the state of New York
Progressive leadership experience in an acute care setting (Minimum of 8 years administrative/management experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
