As a Director of Sales for Industry Solutions, this role will give you the opportunity to accelerate your career growth, lead a high performing sales team. To own and lead a portfolio of strategic, complex pursuits that leverage cutting edge solutions for customers that grow cloud consumption. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Industry Solutions sellers driving business outcomes and value for customers. Performing regular 1:
    1 coaching with Sellers to drive on strategy execution.
  • Leveraging knowledge of the Industry Solutions Catalogue and strategy. Positioning themself as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers. Directing the development and implementation of strategies for maximizing selling across their team.
  • Achievement of team sales metric attainment and growth targets.
  • Fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and openness.
  • Models, coaches and cares - attracting and retaining great people, building proficiency within the team.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6
    years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5
      years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2
    years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 10
    years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6
      years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4
    years experience in a global technology company
  • 6
    years Cloud sales

Sales Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $166,100 - $235,000 per year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
