As an Office Administrator, you will assist customers with the designing of their monument and ensure an excellent, personal one on one experience.
Responsibilities include consulting and selling monuments as well as overseeing the progress of the monument through its completion.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, sales and administration.
Experience in the field is not required, extensive paid training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your role.
Responsibilities Consulting with families in the designing of their monuments from initial inquiries to the finalization of the order.
Reviewing pricing to ensure families are informed of all the various options.
Setting the proper expectations for timing and process of creating the monument.
Working with our field team to ensure the timely setting of completed monuments.
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to meet family's various memorial needs.
Preparing inscription and memorial sales paperwork including tracking orders, follow up on monument quotes and emailing photos of completed work.
Qualifications Willingness to work well in a team environment Ability to meet and interact with customers in person, on the phone and via email.
Strong written and verbal skills required.
Experience in office management with extensive organizational skills are necessary.
Attention to detail and a flexible, proactive attitude.
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
Full time position with some Saturday hours required.
